if you need something more custom/do not like the options we have there may be a consultation/customization fee depending on what you’re looking for. delivery: we come to you and handle all of the set up and tear down. we will just need you to show us where to set up or we can find a spot in a local park of your choosing! weather back up plan: we do ask that you have a rain back up plan, such as an inside location or covered gazebo ready to go or we will need to reschedule if there is rain in the forecast. the time needed for the set up will vary depending on the number of items rented, distance of set up location, and other parties we may already have scheduled.
for parties located 50min/ 1 hour away, the latest we will begin pick up is 9pm (even if that means you won’t get to utilize the whole 4 hour rental time so please plan accordingly). you are responsible for the set up the entire rental time. the delivery fee will be based off of your party address. if rain is in the forecast, you will need to provide us with an alternative set up location, reschedule, or can cancel and lose $50 of your security deposit. for alternative set up locations we suggest looking into local parks that have a gazebo with picnic tables that can be moved out of the way.
our picnic packages are perfect for engagements, bridal showers, baby showers, date nights, birthdays, or company outings. we recommend booking your event at least 3-4 weeks in advance to ensure availability of our picnics and food & beverage from our partners. to reserve your date, we require a 50% retainer that is non-refundable and due at the time of scheduling.the remaining balance must be paid at least 72 hours prior to the picnic date. pricing for our picnics depends on the location and size of the event. we deliver and set up your picnic before you and your guests arrive. you are responsible for the items until we return at the end. if you decide to end your picnic sooner than the reservation end time- please contact us with the phone number provided and allow us 20 minutes to arrive back at the site. when booking, we ask for your favorite colors and design elements to create a bespoke event.
